New York City-Based Therapist
Rachel Gordon, LCSW
I’m a New York City based therapist who works with children, teens, and adults. I believe that healing happens when we consider the whole picture: mind, body, emotions, and the patterns that shape our lives. My approach to therapy is warm, conversational, and hopeful.
I specialize in working with individuals navigating grief, anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, and career-related stress. I also offer in-home child therapy and parent coaching services to support families where they need it most.
Through an understanding of your values, identity, past experiences, and relationships, we can work together to create a therapy plan that supports your goals and growth.
You do not have to figure everything out on your own. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I am here to support you in building clarity, resilience, and a greater sense of well-being.
Whether you are feeling overwhelmed by recent changes or revisiting long-standing patterns, therapy can provide a grounded space to reflect, heal, and move forward. My practice is inclusive, affirming, and deeply respectful of your unique story. I aim to meet each person with authenticity, curiosity, and compassion.
Healing is not linear, and it is never one-size-fits-all. I offer both short-term support and long-term depth work, tailored to your evolving needs and pace.
